really good stay!

large room quiet street great location

i stayed in a large room with in-room controlled air conditioning. the bathroom was also large. the shower has a fully closable door (a nice bonus!). the location is fantastic, tucked away on a relatively quiet street, yet super close to the powder tower. a metro stop and a tram stop are just steps away.

the room was a tad smaller than i thought, but honestly, everything else made up for it.

super clean stay!

large room friendly staff

the room was large with air conditioning controlled from inside. bathroom is big and shower have a door that fully closes. the staff was friendly and spoke english. location is great and near a metro.

the heating radiators was hard to turn off so the room was hot. however, the management team helped fix this with a settlement for the disturbed night's sleep.

the hotel is at a very good place near city center. this hotel is close enough to the city center and in the modern part of the city. the main train station is a short walk away.

the apartment is spacious and equipped with a kitchen. there is a charming courtyard and a restaurant on the premises. the building offered comfortable rooms and tasty breakfast with an excellent selection.

the staff members are professional and knowledgeable. earlier check in was possible. the staff is always available at the reception. they were able to resolve the request regarding the next stay without any issues.

Acceptable But Not Really good

dusty glasses limited breakfast

I found a couple of issues . The glasses in the room were dusty, suggesting they hadn't been used in a while. The breakfast buffet disappointed me. Cheese and meat products were served with the same utensils, resulting in mixed flavors. The selection was also limited. It could use a wider variety.

amazing city stay!

convenient location extra coffee easy app excellent breakfast

i found the location super convenient, with the city walking tour starting just down the street. restaurants and bars were really close too! the room had everything i needed, and asking for extra coffee through the app was easy. breakfast had so many choices it was excellent!

the mirror in the bathroom wasn't usable because the lighting wasn't great.

The location is very central, and many attractions are within walking distance, like a 15-minute walk to the main square. a lidl supermarket is also nearby. That was very convenient for grabbing snacks and essentials .

The hotel provides free laundry machines . This is a huge plus for longer trips. the building has a charming courtyard restaurant. It is relaxing, though the parking was expensive!

Acceptable Stay with Some Drawbacks

late breakfast poor soundproofing

The breakfast timing was not ideal. It only starts at 8 am, inconvenient if you have early meetings. I also found that the soundproofing could be improved. I could clearly hear neighbors moving furniture late at night, specifically chairs and it was pretty annoying

small room heating issue

the room i was given was smaller then i thought it would be. the heating i could not turn it off, it made the room very hot. management tried to do something, but it seemed harder for them than they expected. eventually, i got some money back for not sleep well.
