I found a couple of issues . The glasses in the room were dusty, suggesting they hadn't been used in a while. The breakfast buffet disappointed me. Cheese and meat products were served with the same utensils, resulting in mixed flavors. The selection was also limited. It could use a wider variety.

i found the location super convenient, with the city walking tour starting just down the street. restaurants and bars were really close too! the room had everything i needed, and asking for extra coffee through the app was easy. breakfast had so many choices it was excellent!

the mirror in the bathroom wasn't usable because the lighting wasn't great.

The location is very central, and many attractions are within walking distance, like a 15-minute walk to the main square. a lidl supermarket is also nearby. That was very convenient for grabbing snacks and essentials .

The hotel provides free laundry machines . This is a huge plus for longer trips. the building has a charming courtyard restaurant. It is relaxing, though the parking was expensive!

Acceptable Stay with Some Drawbacks

The breakfast timing was not ideal. It only starts at 8 am, inconvenient if you have early meetings. I also found that the soundproofing could be improved. I could clearly hear neighbors moving furniture late at night, specifically chairs and it was pretty annoying

small roomheating issue

the room i was given was smaller then i thought it would be. the heating i could not turn it off, it made the room very hot. management tried to do something, but it seemed harder for them than they expected. eventually, i got some money back for not sleep well.
